Red Kite in the morning

It's fantastic to see the red kite sailing overhead these days. Barely a day goes by when I don't see it soaring high in the sky over the high street and the cricket ground in Uppingham. I love its distinctive call too. It's not that long since they were introduced back to the UK - soon they will be as common as sparrows!
