A spacious and elegant apartment on the middle floor of a Grade II listed Georgian house. The apartment is minutes away from the Market Place; it is in a peaceful location and so handy for all that Uppingham has to offer: great restaurants, lots of independent retailers, antique shops and art galleries, all in a historic heritage setting.
We extensively renovated the apartment and then lived here for 4 years so we know it well! It is decorated in neutral period colours and has a lot of character.
The apartment has its' own entrance, accessible through the passageway leading to the pretty courtyard.
The two main bedrooms have ample storage - a walk-in wardrobe in the bedroom at the front and a fitted wardrobe in the bedroom at the back. The third bedroom is small but it has a window and is big enough for a single bed. We anticipate it will be especially suitable for a child who does not want to share a double bed with their sibling!

ACCESS: Please note: this property is not suitable for wheelchair users as it is only available via a set of stairs. There is no lift or stair lift. However, the staircase has a handrail for those with limited mobility. The apartment is sited on one floor although there is one step to a higher level in the hall that leads to the bathroom, kitchen and 3rd bedroom.
